Paws & Co is an independently owned practice in Tingley, on the northern edge of the Wakefield district. There’s no corporate head office behind us, so the people treating your pet make the decisions, not sales targets.
Every price we charge is published on our website before you book, from a £39 consultation upwards. If your pet needs treatment, we’ll explain the options and what each one costs, and there’s never any pressure to go ahead with something your pet doesn’t need.
We have our own surgical theatre, a dedicated dental suite with digital dental x-ray, an in house laboratory, digital x-ray and ultrasound, and a separate cat waiting area and consult room to keep visits calm. Visiting specialist surgeons carry out TPLO and BOAS surgery on site.

How much do you charge?
A 20 minute vet consultation is £39, a nurse consultation is £20 and a dog or cat booster is £49. Every price we charge is published on our pricing page.
Do you have a health plan?
Yes. The Companion Plan is £25 a month for vaccinations, flea and worming, unlimited consultations and dental checks. Companion Plus adds surgery and diagnostics from £49 a month. There’s no joining fee.
Is your practice cat friendly?
Yes. We have a dedicated cat waiting area and a separate consult room to keep visits as calm as possible.
